About me

"I'm Teejay, from near Osnabrück, Germany. I have a background in social pedagogy, international stage experience and a genuine passion for people and movement. Alongside my work as an entertainer, I have also been involved with Frank und seine Freunde since 2023. Since 2024, I have been developing my own concepts, and since 2025, my interactive stage show Move & Play has been touring Germany. Connecting with people and creating positive experiences are always my top priorities."

Personal background

Teejay’s training in social education continues to shape his work today. It helps him understand different audiences, actively engage people and create entertainment experiences in which guests feel welcome, included and comfortable.

Experience as an Experience Manager

Alongside his direct work with guests, Teejay took on responsibility as an Experience Manager for planning and developing a complete entertainment and activities programme, as well as coordinating a team.

This experience has broadened his perspective beyond individual shows: Which formats suit the target audience? How can a varied programme be created? And how can ideas be delivered professionally on site?

Fitness & Movement

Dance, fitness and movement are another important part of Teejay’s work. He develops and leads formats such as Jumping Fitness, Aqua Dance and Dance Fitness, combining exercise with music, interaction and entertainment.
