I’m Teejay Bartsch, an entertainer and show creator with a background in social pedagogy and international stage experience. Since 2023, I have worked internationally in entertainment, for TUI and hosted shows for Frank und seine Freunde, a well-known German children’s entertainment act. On stage, I combine presenting, interaction and performance to guide audiences through engaging programmes.
As an entertainer and later as an Experience Manager, I have worked not only on stage but also with entertainment programmes, guest experiences and team coordination. Today, I bring these experiences together to develop original formats and deliver them directly to audiences.
